2:00p CCSD Summer Graduation (The Orleans Arena)CCSD Summer Graduation
Tue, August 6 , 2:00pm - 3:00pmThe Orleans ArenaThis event is only for late graduates from the 23-24 graduating cohort. Early graduates are not permitted to participate. Students who are receiving a HS diploma from bat365 will walk with bat365 graduates and staff at summer graduation.
Information to Share with Graduates/Guests
Student arrival time is between 12:45 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
There is no practice
Bring undecorated cap/gown
Graduates should have cell phones turned off; no texting or recording during the ceremony
Be in dress code
No purses/bags etc. for graduates
All guests must have a clear bag where contents are visible or leave outside of the venue in car
DO NOT bring diploma
Unless otherwise stated by your gown vendor, there will not be gown at the venue
Doors open at 1:00 p.m. for guests
Map for parking (in Summer Graduation Drive)
Strollers and balloons are not allowed inside the arena
Orleans has a clear bag policy; see website or Summer Graduation Drive
Seats for persons with disabilities are available; guests will enter the main entrance and bring their own wheelchair, if needed
Grads will enter through metal detector at back entrance
